Cabbage Pasta


Got home after yoga ready to perish from hunger. I had planned to make sauteed cabbage over rice, but I couldn't wait for rice to cook, so my solution was... pasta!

1. Boil some macaroni.

2. Meanwhile, chop up a few leaves of cabbage. 

3. Heat up 1 tbsp of garlic infused oil and 1 tbsp of butter. Throw cabbage in to cook, along with any leftover scraps (I had chicken and shredded red cabbage from lunch).

4. After cabbage is soft, add soy sauce and mirin. (Or any other seasoning. Worcestershire sauce would be great too.)

5. Drain cooked macaroni and add to cabbage pan and mix.

6. Garnish with furikake or just eat.
